Conveyancing Solicitor

Maidstone, Kent | Full-time, Permanent | Salary to 70,000 DOE

Role Overview

Our well-regarded Maidstone office is looking for a qualified Solicitor to take ownership of a busy residential conveyancing caseload. You will manage transactions from instruction to completion, providing pragmatic advice and maintaining the firm's reputation for first-class client care.

Core Responsibilities

Run a varied caseload including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and new-build matters. Deliver clear, commercially sound advice to clients, agents and lenders. Ensure compliance with SRA, CML and firm standards at all times. Maintain accurate files and meet key milestones through proactive case management. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to achieve timely completions.
Candidate Profile

Admitted Solicitor in England & Wales. Minimum 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing. Demonstrable ability to handle a high-volume caseload autonomously. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Proficient in leading case-management systems.
