The Role
As a New Homes Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients and stakeholders throughout the transaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a varied conveyancing caseload with a focus on new build transactions
Handling freehold and leasehold matters, including title checks and reporting
Liaising with clients, developers, agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
Maintaining accurate case records using modern case management systems
Meeting individual performance targets while maintaining excellent client care
Supporting business development through professional networking where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate
This opportunity is open to both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers. You will need to demonstrate:
A minimum of two years' fee-earning experience managing a varied conveyancing caseload, including leasehold files
At least five years' experience working as a fee earner within conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge across all areas of residential conveyancing, including title checking
A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A client-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence
