We are currently seeking a

Residential Property Fee-Earner or Solicitor

to join the team as part of this expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to progress their career within a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold matters Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures Supporting junior team members and fostering a collaborative working culture Providing outstanding client service and building long-term relationships
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing Strong technical skills and experience managing a caseload independently Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and team-oriented mindset Comfortable with hybrid working and confident using modern case management systems
