We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Conveyancer to join our Norwich team. This position is suited for someone who has excellent communication skills and a proactive nature. This role is offered on a full time or part time, permanent basis.

Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Conveyancer located in Norwich, Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of Residential Conveyancing cases, including Freehold, Leasehold & Transfer of Equity matters.

Responsibilities:



Advising and liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties. Running a busy caseload of Conveyancing files from start to finish. Managing the sale and/or purchase of both routine and complex Freehold/Leasehold and high-value properties. Building and maintaining strong relationships with various Estate Agents. Actively participating and working with the Business Development Manager to build and strengthen the firm's profile. Remaining compliant with the CQS Core Practice Management Standards and the firm's policies and procedures relating to the CQS.

Requirements:



A minimum of two years' experience managing a portfolio of Conveyancing matters. Experience in running the whole Conveyancing process from start to finish. Experience of using a Practice Management System i.e. Proclaim, Leap etc. Excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of managing a range of cases while providing a high level of customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise advice to clients. Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team and use initiative to identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
