With a strong reputation in the East Midlands and plans to expand further in the region, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and client-focused team.

We are currently seeking an experienced

Residential Property Fee-Earner or Solicitor

to join the firm's Nottingham office. This role offers excellent long-term potential for professional development and career progression within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold transactions Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm-wide policies Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as needed Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining long-term relationships
What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property Proven ability to manage a caseload independently Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Experience working with modern case management systems Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements
