Benefits:
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000 per annum depending on experience, plus performance based monthly bonus scheme. 28 days holiday per annum. Modern law firm with Cloud technology for flexible working.
Day to Day
Residential conveyancing, to include sales and purchases, lease extensions and re-mortgages, auction purchases and sales; Bridging loans - acting for lenders in securing charges over real estate, will include drafting a report to the lender to verify security.
Requirements
Property lawyer sought with experience in residential conveyancing, some commercial would be a bonus but is not essential.
Ideally a minimum of 1 year's conveyancing experience, with the ability to handle and manage own caseload from instruction through to completion within a fast paced environment, and with a good track record of delivering excellent client service. Applicants will need to be confident, proactive, have good interpersonal skills, and work well under pressure.
