Managing Property Transactions
- Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently

Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance

Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
- Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks
?
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed

Financial Transactions
- Overseeing secure fund transfers
?
Land Registry & Compliance
- Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes

Post-Completion Work
- Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files
Who We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and case-handling expertise
?
IT-literate & tech-savvy
- Comfortable with case management systems
?
