We are currently looking for a

Residential Property Fee-Earner or Solicitor

to join the team as part of this expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who is looking to progress within a dynamic, supportive, and client-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold matters Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment Providing high levels of client care and building strong relationships

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 2 years PQE in residential property Strong technical knowledge and experience managing a full caseload independently Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work effectively as part of a growing and ambitious team Comfortable with hybrid working and modern case management systems
