We are currently seeking a

Residential Property Fee-Earner or Solicitor

Key Responsibilities

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold matters, and transfers of equity Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and internal processes Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong client relationships
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing Proven ability to handle a full caseload independently Excellent client service and communication skills A team player with a proactive and professional approach Comfortable using modern case management systems and working in a hybrid setup
