What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor having a strong background in both residential and/or commercial conveyancing. The successful candidate is required to have the capability of independently managing a comprehensive caseload. Experience in driving departmental growth and ensuring high standards of client service and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a comprehensive caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases for both residential and commercial clients.

Providing expert legal advice, drafting essential legal documents, and ensuring full compliance.

Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction progression.

Conduct through AML checks and source of funds check as part of due diligence process

Contributing to the strategic development and operational efficiency of the conveyancing department.

Ensuring the department adheres to all relevant legal and professional standards (e.g., CQS, SRA regulations)
