Salary: xc2xa345,000 - xc2xa360,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available (2-3 days in office)TSR Legal are currently working with a highly regarded regional law firm to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor (3+ years PQE) for their busy and expanding Swindon office. This position offers excellent progression prospects for a solicitor keen to get involved in marketing, networking, and bringing in new work, alongside managing a varied and quality caseload.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior members of the team
- Take a proactive role in growing the department through business development
- Engage in client relationship management and local networking
- Deliver excellent service standards and maintain compliance
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in property law
- Proven ability to manage files independently
- Commercially minded and eager to get involved in marketing activities
- Personable, professional, and a strong team player
- Familiarity with the local market is an advantage
- Salary of xc2xa345,000 - xc2xa360,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working with 2-3 days in office
- Autonomy and support within a well-structured firm
