Conveyancing Solicitor or Experienced Conveyancer

We are currently seeking experienced Conveyancing Solicitors or Conveyancers to join our team

(at both locations)

- salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience. The department is busy and the practice has grown steadily in recent years. There is a system of hybrid office and home working, and the Directors are extremely supportive and encourage innovation. As part of our dedication to recognising and rewarding outstanding performance, we offer a structured bonus scheme for fee-earning staff with scope to earn a 20% bonus on fees exceeding target.

Job description

All matters pertaining to running a conveyancing caseload, including dealing with all types of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex transactions including new build and shared ownership properties.

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch
