The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department by assisting with the smooth processing of property transactions. Responsibilities
Assist solicitors with the preparation and processing of legal documentation related to property transactions.
Manage client communications, providing updates and responding to queries in a timely manner.
Conduct property searches and gather relevant information from various sources.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and up-to-date.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties involved in the transaction process.
Support the team in meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Experience
Previous experience in a legal environment, particularly within conveyancing, is essential.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency in using standard office software applications; familiarity with case management systems is a plus.
A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the field of conveyancing.
