Duties
Assist conveyancers with the preparation and processing of legal documents related to property transactions.
Conduct property searches and gather necessary information from various sources.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather information.
Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Assist in the preparation of contracts and other legal documents.
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
