Our busy conveyancing team has enjoyed a successful 12 months and is now looking for new talent to join the team. We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to work from our Stafford office.

The successful candidate will assist in managing a varied caseload from instruction to post-completion. We are seeking an individual who can help us deliver exceptional service by meeting deadlines effectively and handling confidential materials in a sensitive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to conveyancers
Liaise with clients and estate agents
Prepare and manage documents such as contracts, SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
Carry out online searches
Handle post-completion tasks including registrations
Ensure tasks are completed in line with CQS standards and internal procedures
About you:
Must have a strong work ethic
Previous experience working in a conveyancing department or similar legal support role
Good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload effectively
