The Role



We are looking for a proactive and organised Conveyancing Assistant to join our well-established property team. You'll provide vital support to our fee earners, helping to ensure smooth and efficient progression of residential sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion. You'll become part of a friendly, close-knit team known for delivering high standards of client care and legal expertise. The role is predominantly office-based, with occasional opportunities to work from home, and can be based at either our

Sheffield

Wakefield

, or

Bradford

office.

Key Responsibilities



Assist fee-earners in managing a varied caseload of property transactions from start to finish. Prepare and issue initial documentation to clients in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders at every stage of the transaction. Conduct property searches and assist with client on boarding. Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management. Monitor the progress of cases and proactively follow up to ensure files are moving forward as required. Ensure all files meet regulatory compliance standards. Deliver excellent service to clients by providing regular updates and keeping them informed throughout the process

What You'll Bring



Previous experience working within a Conveyancing role or similar (Essential) Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage a busy workload and work well under pressure. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. IT literate, with experience using relevant software. Friendly, approachable, and professional, in line with our company values, with a welcoming attitude to both clients and colleagues.

Pay: 24,000.00-29,000.00 per year
