The Role

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the conveyancing team in managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Fee Earners with the day-to-day management of residential property files Drafting legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders Conducting searches and preparing relevant reports Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies Progressing files and maintaining accurate records and case notes

What We're Looking For

At least 12-24 months of experience in a conveyancing assistant or similar legal support role Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
