Due to continued growth, we are hiring again. We are seeking someone to assist as a conveyancing assistant.
We are a Lexcel accredited high street practice, and you will be joining a thriving practice with an excellent local reputation having served the legal needs of the local community and further afield for over 40 years.

Duties:
- Answering telephone calls, meeting and greeting clients.
- Opening new conveyancing files and preparing contract packs.
- Submitting AP1 applications to land registry.
- Preparing registration letters and documents to send out to clients.
- Dealing with residual balances on client accounts.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Experience with LEAP CMS would be ideal however not essential as training will be provided.
The role will suit someone wishing to start a career in a solicitor's office or someone who has experience.
