Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancer to join our well-established Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who is looking to develop their career within a fast-growing, reputable law firm.

You'll manage your own capped caseload (yes! a genuinely capped caseload), while also supporting junior team members as needed. As this is a client-facing role, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential.

Your day-to-day role:

Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently. Ensuring accuracy and compliance. Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks. Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed. Overseeing secure fund transfers. Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes. Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
