We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our conveyancing department by assisting with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the conveyancing process. We require canditates with either Legal qualifications or previous conveyancing experience.
Duties
Assist solicitors in managing conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion.
Prepare and organise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence within the case management system.
Conduct preliminary research and analysis on property titles and related documentation.
Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for the conveyancing team.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support the smooth operation of the department.
Experience
Previous experience in conveyancing or legal qualifications is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Ability to analyse information accurately and make informed decisions based on findings.
