Duties
Assist in the preparation of legal documents for property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct property searches and obtain relevant information from local authorities and other agencies.
Maintain accurate records and files using the case management system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to provide updates on the progress of transactions.
Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding promptly to queries.
Assist in the completion of financial statements and ensure timely payments are processed.
Support the team in administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
