Job Overview:-
We are currently seeking a conveyancing Legal Assistant/Secretary to join our team in providing administrative support within our legal practice. The ideal candidate will have experience of conveyancing together with excellent organisational skills and be proficient in various office software applications.
Duties:-
- Type and format legal documents, including letters, contracts, and court forms.
- Provide administrative support to a senior fee earner, including managing schedules and appointments, communicate with clients, lawyers, and external parties via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Conduct audio typing for transcribing dictations accurately.
- Manage emails and calendars efficiently using Outlook.
- Organise legal documents and case files systematically
Experience:-
Proven experience as a conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment.
