We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the conveyancing process by providing administrative assistance and ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The job role includes:
- Answering telephones
- Dealing with clients face to face
- Dictation
- Working closely with fee earners and other secretaries
- Managing Fee Earner's Diary and making appointments
- General administrative work as required
Candidates must have experience in Conveyancing.
The position is for either full time or part time, to be negotiated. If part time, the position is for four days. Hours to be worked are 9.00am to 5.00pm with an hour lunch break between 1.00pm and 2.00pm. Salary is dependent on whether the position is agreed as full time or part time and also dependent on experience.
The candidate must have passed GCSE or equivalent English.
