An opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded and established firm of solicitors. Previous experience in conveyancing work essential. Private client experience would be advantageous. Duties will include the following:-
Provide support and assistance to fee earners within the conveyancing department.
Prepare correspondence and documents and keep accurate and up to date records on the firm's case management system.
Liaise with clients and provide updates on progress of their conveyancing transactions.
Audio typing.
Make and receive telephone calls.
Filing.
