The role




We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be an expert in the technical elements necessary to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service

.

You will oversee the conveyancing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and maintaining high standards of client care.


Main Responsibilities




Competently, confidently, and consistently undertake all key functions within a conveyancing transaction. Manage Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision. Supervise paralegals, ensuring efficient transaction processes and systems. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all work providers. Deliver a high standard of customer care to all clients and work providers. To manage a team of 2-3 paralegals, ensuring they handle a volume caseload with minimal assistance. Manage referrals from key accounts, attend regional meetings, and establish co-working relationships with suppliers to meet deadlines and targets.

Skills and Experience




In-depth knowledge of conveyancing processes and the ability to handle various transaction types independently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high level of service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and conveyancing software. Ability to supervise and mentor paralegals, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
