We are looking for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our busy property department at Morison and Smith Solicitors within our Biggar office. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience and have experience of dealing with new build transactions, first home and have a general conveyancing background. You will be responsible for all aspects of the conveyancing transaction including, but not limited to, dealing with purchase and sales, drafting missives, noting title, obtaining reports and searches, reporting to and dealing with clients, drafting dispositions and security documentation, drafting Land Registration forms, submitting LBTT forms and all aspects of settlement and post settlement issues. You will be required to handle a volume of work and provide excellent consistent client service as well as being organised and able to handle your own caseload.
Salary dependent on experience.
