Job Description
Experience in conveyancing work is required. It is essential that all applicants have relevant experience in the Scottish residential conveyancing process.
You will be employed as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal able to administer their own workload from taking initial instruction, through missives , examination of Title, etc through to conclusion at settlement and registration of deeds.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
Duties/Requirements will include:
Taking responsibility for the management of transactions through to completion.
Dealing directly with clients, third parties and other firms of solicitors
Use of our client management system and audio typing if required
Adaptable and willing to support colleagues across conveyancing work
Excellent organisational skills
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be reliable and a great communicator
Excellent customer service and building good relationships with clients
Experience using Microsoft Office
