Role Overview:



As a Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal, you will independently manage a caseload of commercial property transactions. This includes handling sales, purchases, leases, title investigations, and liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and other stakeholders. Draft and review legal documents including lease agreements, dispositions, and mortgage/facility documentation. Conduct due diligence, title checks, and property searches. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily for drafting, reporting, and communication. Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client queries promptly and courteously. Manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
