We're on the lookout for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our small, friendly, and supportive legal practice based in Kilbirnie.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative team where everyone pitches in and supports one another, especially when things get busy. We primarily focus on conveyancing, executries, guardianships, powers of attorney and wills, with occasional family law work too.

About the Role:

We're looking for someone with proven experience in:

Preparing offers, missives and drafting deeds Managing their own conveyancing files from start to finish Providing excellent client care and handling calls with confidence and professionalism

A personable, organised, and proactive team player Comfortable on the phone and able to communicate clearly with clients and other professionals Willing to pitch in with general administrative tasks and phone answering when the office is busy.
