Conveyancing Paralegal
Job Description
Carruthers Curdie Sturrock & Co, a solicitors' practice in Kilmarnock are seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all work in connection with residential sales, purchases & transfers of titles including liasing with clients and other solicitor firms to ensure the smooth progression of transactions from start to finish.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring compliance with Law Society of Scotland, Council of Mortgage Lenders and Due Diligence Procedures. The candidate will also have experience liaising with financial institutions to ensure the timely processing of funds transfer.
Qualifications
Paralegal qualification.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with IT systems.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
The salary is commensurate with experience.

Pay: Up to 31,000.00 per year
