Join our growing Dispute Resolution Team

SOLICITOR / CHARTERED LEGAL EXECUTIVE - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In order to continue the growth of our Dispute Resolution department, we are looking to recruit an experienced qualified lawyer to work across a varied caseload under the supervision of Ian Spencer, Director and Head of the Dispute Resolution department and other senior members in the team.



The department has a wide variety of disputes including, commercial litigation, commercial property litigation, property litigation, contentious trusts and probate and construction disputes. There would be the opportunity to specialise in one or more of these areas and grow that area.



This full-time, permanent role is based within the firm's Kingsbridge office and the successful candidate would be expected to work predominantly from this office with some flexibility to work remotely or from our other offices.
