Conveyancing Paralegal - Southam - Warwickshire (Near Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry) - 24,000 to 28,000

The role

• Provide full paralegal support within the Residential Conveyancing team
• Assist with a varied caseload including sales and purchases (freehold, leasehold, and new-build), re-mortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity
• Carry out compliance checks, maintain accurate files, and manage case documentation efficiently
• Draft correspondence, contracts, and other conveyancing documents as required
• Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to progress matters
• Ensure key dates are accurately recorded and deadlines are met
• Attend team meetings and assist with general administrative support as required

You

• At least one year of experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong case management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Confident in using initiative and handling clients professionally
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly
