Duties
Manage the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and other necessary paperwork.
Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address queries.
Conduct property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
Utilise IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to manage schedules, track progress, and communicate effectively within the team.
Organise meetings with clients to discuss progress and provide guidance throughout the conveyancing process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in conveyancing or a related field is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in IT applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
