Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in conveyancing and support experienced solicitors through the entire property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist solicitors in managing residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and landlord and tenant matters. Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, transfers, and mortgage deeds. Conduct searches and provide clients with timely updates on the progress of their cases. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction, providing excellent client service. Handle post-completion tasks including the registration of title and stamp duty land tax submissions. Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQS standards.

Skills and Experience:



Previous experience in residential conveyancing, either in a paralegal or support role, is preferred. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. A proactive attitude and a desire to develop in the conveyancing field.
