Conveyancing Paralegal

Job Description

As a Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors and fee earners to assist with both residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for property law and a desire to grow their legal career.

Key Responsibilities:



Supporting fee earners with residential and/or commercial property matters Drafting legal documents, including contracts, leases, and reports on title Conducting searches and reviewing Land Registry documents Communicating with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders Assisting with exchange and completion procedures Managing post-completion work such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Maintaining accurate case files and records using case management systems

What We're Looking For:



A law degree, LPC or SQE (or currently studying towards one) Previous experience in a property or conveyancing role (minimum 6-12 months preferred) Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and documentation Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 35,000.00 per year
