Job Description

Dale and Newbery LLP are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly high-street firm, situated in the centre of Staines Town.

We offer a pleasant working environment and a good work life balance. Ideally you will have already gained experience in a Residential Conveyancing department but all applicants will be considered.

Role Responsibilities (depending on experience)

Dealing with a small caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds transactions, and transfers of equity. Experience with commercial conveyancing, whilst not essential, is welcome.

There will be an expectation to continuously uphold the company's reputation and encourage growth by networking with third-parties and / or estate agents.

The applicant should be able to display:

A diligent and attentive approach to all workload.

Proven track record of residential property work.

Be self-motivated, and able to motivate the team.

Have a strong work ethic, good time management skills and a flexible approach to work.

Client care skills are essential.

Salary based upon experience.
