Hexham based solicitors looking to hire an Experienced Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their Conveyancing team. You will be providing direct support to a fee-earner within the firm and work alongside them throughout the residential conveyancing process from instruction to completion on a range of residential matters including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgage, right to buy and new build transactions.
You will have the responsibility of providing quotes, liaising with clients and agents to provide updates; drafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions, Transfer Deeds, deal with basic enquiries, opening and closing files; produce case management letters and deal with all AML on-boarding procedures.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience however candidates with less experience, but a positive attitude will be considered.
It is important that you are able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work in a timely and effective manner. IT skills are also essential.

Pay: 24,420.00-26,000.00 per year
