The Role
We're looking for a legal secretary to work in our Conveyancing Department at our Morpeth Office. Whilst experience would be preferred training will be given to the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of our family and professional team.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting a Conveyancer
Audio and copy typing
Dealing with client and third party enquiries
Telephone Calls, post and general file administration
What We're Looking For
Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help
Good attention to detail and time management
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook)
Clear and polite communication skills with a professional appearance
Reliable, trustworthy, and happy working as part of a team
