The successful candidates will support the Solicitors with a range of administrative work. Previous experience in Conveyancing is essential.
Provide full generic secretarial support as required.
Prepare correspondence and documents through accurate audio-typing and word processing.
Provide enhanced support being confident to use own initiative.
Preparing and amending documents using and preparing copy documents.
Administering both manual and electronic filing daily.
Opening and maintaining file cases at all levels.
Closing, storing and retrieving client's files.
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
Making appointments and arranging meetings.
Attending to clients, both in person and on the telephone and providing support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Company's standards for client care.
Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered promptly and messages passed on immediately.
Contributing as a team member to include providing support to other Secretaries as required.
Ensuring the confidentiality of all the Company's and the Company's Clients' information and documentation.
Contributing to the Company's overall business objectives.
