Our client, a well-established and highly respected law firm based in Tonbridge, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, organised, and proactive individual to provide essential secretarial and administrative support within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Drafting, preparing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence. Managing case files, diaries, and deadlines to ensure smooth and timely completions. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other third parties. Opening new cases and maintaining accurate records in the firm's case management system. Supporting the conveyancing team with general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within conveyancing. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software. Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach.
