orCILEx-qualified Conveyancer

Key Responsibilities:
Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Manage matters including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and new builds Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Ensure all files comply with regulatory and procedural requirements Maintain excellent client care throughout the transaction
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx Conveyancer Minimum 1-2 years' experience in residential conveyancing Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 23,880.00-65,902.16 per year
