To lead the Property Team, including managing a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
Number of Employees Managed/Supervised:
2-3 solicitors and 2-3 legal assistants
Main Tasks/Accountabilities
Manage a caseload of residential/commercial conveyancing matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
Help to Buy
Shared ownership and lease extensions
Commercial sales and purchases
New builds
Provide leadership to the Property team
Supervise other members of the Property team
Allocate new work within the Property team
Provide guidance to other members of the Property team where necessary
Pay particular attention to cross-referrals to other departments
Contribute to the annual CQS renewal application
Monitor and manage Lender Exchange and LMS
