Conveyancing Solicitor (partner / Freelance)

Job Description

LFCS Legal is expanding its Property Department and is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join the firm as a Partner on a Freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion Handling sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity matters Liaising directly with clients, lenders, estate agents and solicitors Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and AML requirements Managing files independently with minimal supervision

Requirements (Essential):



Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in conveyancing Strong knowledge of UK residential and commercial property transactions Ability to work independently as a self-employed solicitor Excellent client communication and organisational skills Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to be covered under firm policy)

Additional Skills (Advantageous but Not Essential):



Ability to communicate in Persian (Farsi), Arabic, and/or Ukrainian Experience working with multilingual or international clients
