Our well established client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their busy, friendly team..
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a diverse caseload of property matters. Provide excellent legal advice to clients on property acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects. Draft and review legal documents. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified solicitor Strong understanding of property legislation and market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive and client-focused appraoch.
