Conveyancing Solicitor/fee Earner (commercial)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients on a range of commercial matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the law and be able to provide sound legal advice in a timely manner. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role is fully office based in Twickenham with no hybrid or working from home options. This is a permanenet, full time role - 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
A minimum of 1-2 years of commercial conveyancing experience in a simialr role is essential.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Advising clients on legal issues related to commercial transactions.
Researching and interpreting relevant laws and regulations.
Providing legal advice on corporate governance matters.
Liaising with external solicitors and other professionals.
Representing clients in court proceedings.
Managing client relationships.
