Conveyancing Technician - Residential Conveyancing
32,000-40,000 FTE | Part-time considered | Fareham
A standout opportunity for an experienced Technician who can independently run matters while still enjoying the support of a close-knit residential property team.
The role:
Managing your own caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers) Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts Liaising proactively with clients, agents and lenders Supporting junior team members where needed Getting involved with more technical matters that arise
You'll need:
Strong technical conveyancing expertise Confidence running files with light-touch supervision A measured, client-focused approach Openness to full or part-time hours
