Job Description

We are looking for a new member for our workshop/fitting team.

Our company produces conveyor belts for use in food and cardboard factories, farming, and packaging industries.

You will be joining a skilled fabrication /installation team that provide our customers with a prompt, safe and efficient onsite service for the installation and vulcanising of all types of conveyor belts.

This is a very hands-on role which involves on-the-job training and mentorship. You will learn from experienced team members and follow an induction program.

We are looking for someone who:

has manual dexterity a practical mindset and willingness to learn wants to work in a factory environment has a good and demonstratable mechanical ability & understanding with transferable skills including: regular use of hand tools, measuring & cutting equipment has good attention to detail is interested in manufacturing has a basic/good level of English.
Ideally candidates would be based near High Wycombe/ Wooburn Green area, with no more than a 45-minute commute.

You will need to be punctual, able to work as part of a team, be highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure.

We operate a weekend and call out rota. You must be able to work unsociable hours at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-38,000.00 per year
