ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a senior operator who can

fix operations, streamline workflows, and deploy AI-driven automation across a multi-division property and services group.

The company operates across:

UK property sales International property sales Residential lettings and short-stay operations Renovations and construction services Finance and back-office administration
This role suits someone who has built and scaled operations in a

fast-growth agency, proptech, property services business, or similar service-led environment

, and who understands how to implement

automation, workflow design, and CRM optimisation

at speed.

RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Leadership

Map existing processes across multiple business units Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and duplicated work Standardise systems, SOPs and reporting Introduce operational discipline across delivery teams

Automation & Systems

Rebuild and optimise CRM pipelines (HubSpot or similar) Build automations using n8n, Zapier or similar platforms Integrate communication tools, property systems and financial tools Deploy AI-powered workflows for:
- Lead reactivation
- Data extraction
- Finance and reconciliation
- Client onboarding
- Content and communication flows

Team & Delivery

Support and guide managers across sales, lettings, PM and construction Own KPIs across response times, conversion, utilisation and SLAs Deliver measurable efficiency gains every month Ensure workflows are followed and performance is tracked

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

Proven experience as COO, Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar Hands-on experience building automation with n8n, Zapier or comparable tools Strong capability with CRMs (HubSpot or similar) Understanding of property, agency or service-based operations Ability to design, document and implement end-to-end workflows Strong process mapping and project management capability

Bonus:

Experience building or deploying AI agents Background in property, proptech, construction, or short-stay operations Technical capability (API logic, data mapping, workflow orchestration)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manchester M1
