Duties



Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes Cook meals according to specified recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations Support meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications



Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices within a kitchen environment Experience working in a restaurant or catering setting is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required A genuine interest in culinary arts and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-16.00 per hour
