Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Assist with meal preparation and food preparation in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and serving areas to ensure a safe working environment. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and helping them with their orders. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is essential. Strong culinary skills, particularly in meal preparation and food safety practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed. Flexible to cover shifts
